Expanded management team for more growth: Experienced top managers join SOCIAL CHAIN AG

Berlin, 26 March 2020. THE SOCIAL CHAIN AG (WKN: A1YC99) is expanding its top management in response to the dynamic growth of the integrated social media company. New on board are Kai Czeschlik as Chief Operating Officer (COO), Alexander Teschner as Director Finance and Kai Mitterlechner as Chief Commercial Officer (CCO).

As an expert in digitisation, multi-channel management, customer experience management, customer operations and data analytics, Kai Czeschlik, 47, is ideally qualified for his role as COO. Most recently, Czeschlik was Director Digital Excellence at Allianz SE and European Director Customer Experience at Amazon. At Amazon, Czeschlik was responsible for all customer processes and managed over 15,000 employees.

Kai Mitterlechner, 47, has extensive sales and marketing experience as the new CCO. Among other things, he was Senior Vice President Sales at Sky Germany and Managing Director of Sky Austria. He is also involved as an investor.

Alexander Teschner, 49, is an accomplished Finance Director with experience in the consumer media and lifestyle sectors. Most recently, he was CFO of the globally active media production company simpleshow. Prior to this position, Teschner was CFO and member of the Executive Board of Premiere AG (now Sky).
