SocialChain launches social-first strategy consultancy StrategyChain

SocialChain has launched StrategyChain – a new consultancy offering that puts social at the heart of clients’ marketing strategies.
Comprising four core services – brand strategy, communications strategy, product innovation and business transformation – StrategyChain is a response to an increase in enquiries from brands who want to approach their growth from “from social out”.
It follows several major communications strategy and business transformation projects executed by the agency for clients such as John Lewis, Jameson and SharkNinja, and builds on the agency’s existing award-winning social strategy function.
The new offer is made up of four different service lines:
- Brand strategy: embeds social-first thinking into every aspect of brand strategy, positioning clients for optimum growth, pinpointing audiences and allocating marketing investment accordingly. This iterative service will leverage real-time social insights, dynamic content frameworks, and continuously updated digital-ready brand resources to keep brands constantly evolving.
- Communications strategy: helps clients shift from a social in silo approach to social-first communications planning. Using social listening to understand target audiences and unlock new ones, StrategyChain will pinpoint key communities, and craft integrated content strategies that resonate across the entire media mix. Through real-time A/B testing, they will continuously refine messaging to drive maximum impact across the customer journey, while shaping creative and messaging across all media channels, ensuring the entire plan works harder.
- Product innovation: redefines product development by using social media for real-time testing and learning. By engaging talent focus groups, unlocking niche fan communities, and analysing performance in live online environments, it will help brands to refine and improve products before a wider market launch. This continuous engagement and agile iteration ensure products are truly customer-centric and market-ready, making innovation faster, more relevant, and impactful.
- Business transformation: ensures clients achieve true social-centricity by overhauling their organisational process and culture to deliver the agility, innovation, and clarity needed to grow. Services include internal audits,m benchmarking, customer and stakeholder feedback, and team restructures to support faster decision-making and better operational health.
StrategyChain’s output will be activated by SocialChain’s creative, influencer marketing, paid media, community management and measurement and analytics experts. This integrated approach has already benefitted brands such as SharkNinja, which appointed SocialChain as its lead global social agency in 2024 to scale new product launches across multiple markets and categories.
